Book your SUP activity online at Catalina Sup!

Follow these simple steps to make your online reservation at Catalina SUP.

1. Select: SUP Lesson or SUP Rental (without experience a lesson is recommended)
2. Select the location you prefer
3. You can see directly which day and timeslots are available. We are a mobile SUP school and are present on only one location at the same time. If you want to SUP on a specific date, just scroll along the various locations to find where we are located this day.

When you don't find a timeslot that's suitable for you, you can send a request to catalinasuptours@gmail.com (minimum of 4 participants)

Last minute SUP?
You can make an online reservation until 2 hours before the start of the activity. When you want to join last minute you can send a WhatsApp to 0031655775933. (please send a message instead of calling, because we are a lot on the water :) )

GROUP ACTIVITY (minimum of 8 participants)
When you want to book a group activity you can send a request to catalinasuptours@gmail.com. So we can offer you an exclusive clinic without other participants.

FAQ

Lesson or rental

Supping is very accessible. But without experience it is advisable to join a group lesson first. Especially at sea locations where there is more current on the water, using the correct paddling technique is very important for safety.

Are you without experience and would you like to enjoy the water unaccompanied, but still want to receive some basic instructions? Then the lesson + tour is a good option. The first part is with guidance, after which you still have time for your own tour / chill moment

The minimum age for rental is 14 years. Younger is also allowed, but under the supervision of an adult.

Minimum age?

The minimum age for participation in a group lesson is 10 years or at least 1.40m tall. A swimming diploma and understanding the English or Dutch language is also a requirement.

If you want to bring someone younger, you can do so with a private lesson or group activity (minimum 8 participants)

Which outfit?

Wear comfortable cloths, preferably quick-drying. Bring a towel and, just in case, a set of dry clothes.

Dress according to the weather. With a sunny temperature we sup in shorts and with bare feet. At colder temperatures, long (sports) pants, (wind) jacket and shoes (sneakers / water shoes) are recommendend.

The credo in many outdoor sports is: bad weather does not exist, bad clothing does ;)

We also rent wetsuits for 5 euros each (from size 152)

When wear a wetsuit?

It is possible to rent wetsuits for 5 euros each (from size 152). This is especially recommended in the spring if you have little or no experience.

You don't need the wetsuits so much on the SUP, but if you fall into the water they protect perfectly against the (still) cold water.

During the summer in general, a wetsuit is not necessary. Only on a cool, cloudy day sometimes it can be nice.

Wetsuits can also be booked on location (if they are still available).

Can I book outside the schedule?

Group activities can be booked outside the schedule and, in consultation, often also at the location of your choice.

Also for private lessons there are often more options than the system shows. If you would like to rent or inform about a group lesson outside the schedule, this is possible with a minimum of 4 participants. You can send an email to catalinasuptours@gmail.com

What if the weather is bad?

Please note that paddle boarding as an outdoor activity is weather dependent. The sup lessons, sup tours and rental will only take place if the weather conditions allow this, at the discretion of Catalina SUP.

Catalina SUP is free to adapt the sup lessons and sup tours to the weather conditions, also in terms of location. (Above wind force 5 Bft, the activity will not take place anyway and the activity will be moved to another time. At wind force 4/5, Catalina SUP will make a decision about whether or not to continue)
